- 1 pouch of Raasa Royal Black Lentils
- Fresh cream (coconut cream or dairy) for garnish
- Fresh coriander for garnish
- Rice or Naan to accompany
Cooking Method
- Prepare your rice or naan. Make sure you follow the cooking instructions on the pack
- Tear the Raasa Royal Black lentils pouch open and heat in your microwave for 60 seconds. Alternatively you can empty the product into a pan and heat on your stove top for 3-5 mins.
- Serve in your most special bowl with your rice or naan on the side
- Garnish your dish with a few sprigs of coriander and a swirl of fresh cream. Make sure you wash the coriander before adding to your plate.
