CREAMY ROYAL BLACK LENTILS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pouch of Raasa Royal Black Lentils
  • Fresh cream (coconut cream or dairy) for garnish
  • Fresh coriander for garnish
  • Rice or Naan to accompany

Cooking Method

  1. Prepare your rice or naan. Make sure you follow the cooking instructions on the pack
  2. Tear the Raasa Royal Black lentils pouch open and heat in your microwave for 60 seconds. Alternatively you can empty the product into a pan and heat on your stove top for 3-5 mins.
  3. Serve in your most special bowl with your rice or naan on the side
  4. Garnish your dish with a few sprigs of coriander and a swirl of fresh cream. Make sure you wash the coriander before adding to your plate.
  5. Enjoy!
