Chef Yogi is a seasoned chef with two decades of experience creating dishes from a range of cuisines in some of the world’s most renowned hotels. His passion for food has led him to develop winning recipes and lead various innovation projects for some highly recognised global food brands. At Raasa, Yogi experiments with new recipes and ingredients to create mouth-watering meals and cooking bases that balance flavour, texture, and visual appeal, ensuring an exceptional culinary experience.
Monali
Chef Monali brings a decade of experience in product development with her to Raasa. With an extensive understanding of food science and nutrition, as well as thermal processing and product upscaling, her knowledge helps ensure that each meal we produce here at Raasa is safe, and nutritionally balanced. Monali is involved in every step of the development of our meals, from selecting the finest ingredients, to designing the process that allows restaurant-quality meals to be produced for our customers at scale and ensuring Raasa products deliver their shelf life while never compromising on taste.
